Relaxation with Lars-Eric Uneståhl

I remember myself as a child laying down on the floor listening to relaxation music with Uneståhl.
I also remember I thought it was quite silly.

What was the purpose?

Now many years later and many experiences later I really think it's simple, but also a great thing.

It's surprising how good it feels just to lie down on the floor and feel the body tensing and
the relaxing.

I want to encourage you to give yourself a moment now and then to feel what your body feels like by doing these kind of exercises.

Another way to feel what you actually feel is to control your breathing.

When we are concious about our body emotions and take care of our body we feel much better.

Sometimes the small things makes the difference.

De-clutter your clothes

Some years ago at winter time I looked in my wardrobe and thought "There are too many clothes and I cannot find the clothes to use in winter". I realized that it would be a great idea to shift the clothes depending on season. In Sweden there are quite different temperatures during the year and therefore it is quite practical to hide the clothes which are not suitable for the new climate. Since then, every spring and autumn I shift clothes in my wardrobe. I don't use the clothes all year around and I get a much better overview when doing it. Certain clothes are good to access all year around, like fleece jacket. I store the clothes in colourful bags in a separate space. The drawback with bags are that the clothes get wrinkled.

7 reasons to exercise

To exercise is incredibly great for your body.
It is also evident when you have a routine where exercise is part of your life.

In the beginning it's harder, but if you find a workout to inspire you it's much easier.

Sometimes I have to remind myself of all the good reasons:

Seven reasons to exercise:
  • Get more energy
  • Get warmer
  • Get stronger mental health
  • Get stronger body
  • Become happier
  • Reduce stress
  • Prevent pain
I have come to the conclusion that exercise and stretching together make it easier to have a job where you sit all day long.

Shoulders and neck exercises are great when you sit a lot in front of a computer.

I can recommend to use a specialist to help you with the exercises.
