Take responsibility in life

  • Do you ever envy other people?

  • Do you feel like you're a victim and can't impact your situation? That because of coincidences, you are where you are today?

  • Do you think that there are many different reasons that you didn't do something you wanted to, because it was very complicated to make that thing happen?

  • Do ever think "Poor me"?

Maybe it's about time to do something about it, instead of playing a victim?

Have you noticed that you can actually impact your life a lot, if you just start to make actions to reach what you want?

You many times have to challenge your fear in order to achieve new results!

You have a lot of potential!

In his book "Yes, You Can", Lars-Eric Uneståhl describes a behavior called conditioned helplessness.
This behavior is about us being so sure something won't work,  we don't even try anymore
even if it is possible.

I recognize this behavior in the world. I often hear "I have already tried this, it didn't work".

If you are thinking "It's no use", maybe you act according to conditioned helplessness.

What do you want to achieve that you don't do because of conditioned helplessness?

Start challenging yourself and do it!

Mission to create a new reality of relaxation

I have a mission to create images of how I am relaxed in situations where I am normally not very relaxed.

This is part of the Uneståhl Mental Training course (UMT).

This is really a challenging mission.

To create an image of relaxation in my mind seems almost impossible, but I know it's not.
I can do this! I just need to practice a lot!

I can't help thinking of my German lessons where my teacher used to start the lesson with a relaxation exercise. I really felt reluctant to practice mental training during my German lessons, but this teacher didn't mind. He considered it to be an excellent idea.

What we needed to do was to imagine that we visited a nice, secure place, our own mental room.
I am sure this exercise can be a really good thing, not just during German lessons.

Therefore, what I certainly need to do is - create an image of myself enjoying to create a mental image where I am relaxed.

Isn't this something?
Do you think I will succeed?
